Dr. Cassandra Hornbuckle, DO

I had a hysterectomy and everything went great. She explained in detail everything that was going to happen and answered all my questions. She was very easy to talk too about everything I was going through. I definitely recommend her if you need this kind of procedure. The staff and nurses were awesome and very helpful. I don’t remember my nurses name( so sorry) but I have never met as warm a nurse as her. She made my experience great.

I can not recommend Dr Hornbuckle enough. She was knowledgeable on a very rare condition that I have. She is on a quest to heal me. She’s super sweet and funny and makes you feel like you are the most important patient she has. I’m so happy that I found her. She did not make me feel rushed at all. She listened and took thorough notes. She explained well what she was doing in each step. I’m so glad to have found a knowledgeable and caring doctor who is also willing to learn about a very rare condition. I can’t say how pleased I am enough.

I saw Dr. Hornbuckle several times, and was dismissed as being pre-menopausal and having PTSD. Asked for imaging and was denied bc of out of pocket expense (paid in advance, had to be returned), followed up elsewhere and the rest is history. “PTSD” has nothing on being told you are in stage 4 and may have to say goodbye to life as you know it and your loved ones, spending a cold rural winter on chemo, the effects of cancer treatment, wondering why you couldn’t receive requested diagnostics months prior…not to mention all the almost bleeding to death which also continues until you receive treatment. I felt that she hung her hat on best case due to my lack of insurance, despite paying in full for every visit, requesting and pre-paying for imaging I found easily elsewhere. On the flipside, she spends enough time with you to make you feel you are in good hands at the time. She assured me several times that I did not have cancer, which was reassuring but unfortunately untrue.

Dr Hornbuckle is a wonderful dr. She conscientious, thorough, kind, and caring. She goes out of her way to help you. I couldn’t ask for any more. She communicated on the phone with my daughter while I was with her and let her and me know that I would be fine. I would recommend Dr. Hornbuckle to anyone who needs a good doctor especially a female OB/Gyn.

Dr. Hornbuckle was awesome. I felt she listened to me and my needs. I didn't feel like she was rushing me in and out, as some doctors do! She was very knowledgeable and I would recommend her to my friends and family. I was referred to her by Dr. Wheeless and I will continue to use her. The office staff was very professional and courteous.
