Felt like I was with family, was comfortable and not uneasy. She listened and responded to all my concerns. Helped me find the best meds for my needs after the fact that she took the time to get to know all aspects of my condition. On top of that she searched multiple pharmacies to get me that lowest price. Hence she knew about my situation. Queen
