Awesome Experience
I went to see Dr. Shaba for my first appointment and cannot say enough nice things about the her, her nurse Victoria and the front desk staff. I was extremely nervous as I have a family history of skin cancer but, I hadn't been to the dermatologist in years. Dr. Shaba was kind and compassionate as she discussed the need for further treatment due to some suspicious areas. Victoria did an awesome job numbing the areas up and Dr. Shaba's biopsy was painless. When the results came back, she called me herself to discuss next steps. I cannot say enough great things about this office. My husband is now a patient here as well and I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Shaba.

Staff Hang Up on Me
My doctor submitted a referral to see Dr. Shaba. I waited 6 days to allow for processing. I called and talked to Kendra, who: 1) Talked on top of me after about 20 seconds of the start of the call 2) Refused to listen to me when I was inquiring why Dr. Shaba was listed as in-network with my insurance 3) Hang up on me as I was speaking A doctor is as good as her staff. If the Dr. cannot ensure her frontline staff can treat people with dignity, then she is not a good Dr. Period.

I saw Dr Shaba at her new office location. The staff at Traceside is like no other! I felt welcome, was relaxing and Dr Shaba answered all my questions. The spot I was concerned about was fine but she did find some precancers she froze off. SO glad i found this caring office!
