Dr. Fitchmun is outstanding in every regard. He is sincere in the care provided to each patient, always giving a listening ear to patient health concerns, never feeling rushed. Each visit he comes in familiar with any test results, or reason for the appointment. Excellant referrals when needed. His staff our very responsive to patient needs and scheduling. So thankful to have him as our primary. A real gem in the Central Coast!

Dr. Fitchum has been our been our primary care doctor for six years and always has time for us. He recently helped my wife with an appointment for a specialist that gave her relief from an problem she's had for several months and no other doctor could help her with. His attention to details is second to none. We recommend him and his office staff to anyone who would like to have a great primary doctor.

Dr. Fitchmun has been my primary care physician for 7-8 years and I could not be more pleased to be his patient. I have been a patient of Dr. Fitchmun for over 15 years and I feel very lucky that I was placed as his patient. His bedside manner is the best that I have ever seen. He is willing to spend as much time with patients as they needed. When he is in the room with me, he is 100% there and makes sure that all of my concerns are answered. I brag to my friends that I have the best doctor in the county. I had to see a specialist recently and he made a comment that my doctor was a really great advocate for me. The best part is that he really cares about all of his patients, it not just a job to him. His staff is also extremely helpful and easy to work with.

Dr Fitchmun waited in AG on a Friday night rather than drive to Las Vegas for a conference he was registered for in order to get the results of my MRI more quickly. My symptoms were vague; he could have waited until Monday. But he didn't. That decision to put his patient ahead of his trip unquestionably saved my life. Five stars isn't enough.

For years, my wife and I struggled to get timely appointments with doctors on the California central coast. Then, the doctors would only spend a few minutes with us to understand and treat our health issues. Our annual physicals were 30 minutes at most. And on evenings and weekends, we had no choice but to go to the emergency room. For us, the answer has been the concierge service provided by Dr. Fitchmun and his staff! My name is Jack Bodenmann. Doctor Fitchmun was always a great doctor. He never hurried and always really cared about me. My PSA was up and down, he monitored it very closely. It turned out I had prostate cancer. It was caught very early thanks to his great care. I am now fine. I never realized how great his care was until I moved to Kern county. Dr Fitchmun is my sons Dr and he recently completely disregarded a request for help with anxiety and depression. He Dr Fitchmun. Told my son to go off gluten and dairy for a month... REALLY?!? ??. Completely irresponsible!!

Dr Cary Fithmun has been our angel and the best advocate for getting me the optimal health I needed. Long story but a botched surgery (not related to Dr Fitchmun) was repaired by the top orthopedic surgeon at USC. All due to Dr Fitchmun's diligence. His staff are caring and friendly.

Best GP I have had in 70 years. He is a great diagnostician, well schooled and insightful. His communication skills are exceptional. He is empathetic and listens effectively. He made an early diagnosis of a hernia and followed up when I did not act on his referal. His tenacity and concern probably saved me from complications. I would recommend him without reservation. A real nice guy as well. Never rushes you.

Good doctor BUT never on time you will be lucky if you don’t wait more then 20 minutes after you get put in a room

Dr. Fitchmun is a superior physician. He is intelligent and very knowledgeable about current healthcare. But most importantly, he has integrity. His care and concern for me during a health issue that I faced was impressive. His ethics are impeccable, and his assistants exemplify those characteristics. Dr. Fitchmun is a paragon in the medical field. I highly recommend him.

My husband and I started seeing Dr. Fitchmun soon after we moved to A.G. in 2003. From the beginning I felt his warmth and genuine concern for my wellbeing. He takes the time to get to know my story and makes me feel as if I were his only patient every time I come in. We love him so much that we still see him even though we moved 3 hrs away in 2014...that was 3 yrs ago. I am sad to think that I will need to find a new doc soon where I live. Dr. Fitchmun is a wonderful GP! It's difficult to find a Dr. who is so well-rounded. He's has everything you want in what is unfortunately a dying breed of GP. He's rational, smart and thorough, serious but very personable. He listens to his patients and has a great bedside manner. He's genuinely interested in your well-being. He has been my Dr. for around 14 years and I give him the highest recommendation.
