Dr. Carter Nichols, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Nichols for eye exams since 2007. In early 2024, I had vision problems caused by cataracts. I was nervous about having surgery on my eyes, but Dr. Nichols was with me all the way, with kindness, compassion, and empathy. My vision was 20 20 right after the surgeries, and my vision improved twice over the next three months. I see the world around me with enormous detail and clarity. I truly enjoy the vision that I now have. Dr. Nichols is amazing! He is a very talented surgeon and a warm and wonderful person.Dr. Nichols, I had tears in my eyes when I read the letter you sent to your patients last week, informing us that you are retiring. I am sad that I will not see you again, but I am grateful to have been your patient for so many years. You provided me with excellent eye care and were always very kind. I wish you a future filled with happiness!
