Dr. Carter Boyd, MD

Never did get the opportunity to see Dr Boyd. My husband made an appt and was told he would have to pay between 200.00 and 400.00 until ins was filed- He has UHC which they are contracted with and has a 30.00 copay. He called back and was told he would have to speak with a Dr Bernadette. He called back today to reschedule his appt and asked to speak with Dr Bernadette who immediately got on the phone and proceeded to cuss my husband for discussing his insurance issues with her staff. She was extremely rude and highly unprofessional. It's sad that Dr Boyd has to loose patients because of his witch of a wife, and I'm assuming it had to be his money hungry wife who is no Dr at all. We will take our business elsewhere!!!

Dr Boyd has always treated me in a professional and courteous manner. Thanks Dr Boyd.

Dr Boyd was good but the billing department double billed me. After three visits to get it fixed, they listened to me but never did did a thing about it. Terrible!!

Working there was a nightmare! That woman is so mean and disrespectful!! I don’t see how that office is still open!! It’s not worth the stress. And she can’t be wrong even if she’s wrong!

DR BOYD HIMSELF IS A LOVING KIND DOCTOR. AS FOR HIS WIFE BERNADETTE IS THE MOST MEANEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL WOMAN I HAVE EVER MET! TODAY I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM WHICH LED TO HER NOT ONLY YELLING AT ME INFRONT OF EVERYONE, CUSSING ME, TELLING MY HEALTH INFORMATION TO THE WHOLE LOBBY AND CUSSING AND PUTTING HER HAND IN THE FACE OF ONE HER EMPLOYEES! DR BOYD HAS NO CONTROL OVER THE OFFICE HE ONLY DEALS WITH THE PATIENCE SHE OBVIOUSLY HAS THE BALLS OF THE RELATIONSHIP AND OFFICE! I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE FPR YEARS AND SEEN IT TIME AND TIME AGAIN BUT THIS WAS MY LAST STRAW WHEN SHE TALKED TO ME THE WAY SHE DID! I HOPE EVERYONE THAT IS WORTHY OF A BETTER WORK ENVIRONMENT FINDS ONE! TO SHOW THE SEVERITY OF HOW BAD THE ARGUMENT WAS ONE OG THE WORKERS ACTUALLY QUIT BECAUSE OF IT! PLACES LIKE THIS SHOULD NOT BE OPEN.

Dr. Boyd is a very nice man, but he needs to take control of his office, staff, and that lady he calls a wife. His staff are RUDE and his wife is a DISGRACE. If that was the last Doctors office on this planet I WOULD NOT GO THERE.

Dr Carter Boyd himself is ok but his wife also works there and is so and so and doesn't seem to care about the patients well being.

i really like him and his ability to talk to people and listen but he is ridiculous to not want to give his patients pain med when they need it he is the only dr i know that acts like he is scared to help a patient in pain out, and he tells them to go to pain clinic if they need just a simple muscle relaxer

Dr. Boyd's office is a joke. He prescribes adderall like it is candy. He is does unnecessary blood work and x-ray's, urinary test. I knew somebody that just had open heart surgery. He said he was going to do blood work to check to see if she was holding fluid. He staff called the next day and said he was going to call a prescription in for a latex, but she was already taking one, that was prescribed by her cardiologist.

Dr. Carter Boyd is wonderful and an outstanding diagnostic physician. He listens! He has a beautiful and devout faith in Our Lord Jesjus Christ and is truly a friend. We love him!

Been a patient for a very long time and love Dr Boyd and his outstanding facilities and extensive knowledge and friendliness. He has X-ray, blood work, PAD, and other special testing in his office so you can almost always get all you need in one convenient place and can get results either at the time of the visit or within a day or two. Would recommend Dr Boyd to anyone and everyone.

Went for an immunization, the office was in extreme need of an update, looked like it hadn't even been wiped down since Regal 9 could still fill the parking lot. Took an hour and a half for a shot WITH an appointment. I don't think there was air conditioning on and even if it wasn't I wouldn't wait that dingy air circulating to me. Building (inside and out) is in desperate need of attention as well as their records (paper records). Also seemed to have plenty of staff yet no one to help you

Doctor Boyd's staff is horrible. I have been waiting for 5 days for a CT scan that the insurance has already certified and Shawna at Dr. Boyd's office has been informed that insurance has certified the CT scan.
