Not so great
The doctor did not tell me the truth about an authorization that was pending. She said the nurse had been on hold for over an hour but I called and got right through. I work in the medical field and it does not take multiple days just to find out if authorization is needed (which it wasn't). I guess she didn't know that I had just spoken to the nurse and so did another one of my family members and she told us she was about to call them again. She was not on hold at all. And chemo was put off another three days because of this. It obviously doesn't seem like much to them to put it off another 3 days, but if it were their family member with stage 4 cancer, I am sure it would matter a little more. I was not pleased with this situation at all. Very disappointing.

Dr Carrie Marquette Saved my life!! Literally, after a Dr from MD Anderson almost Killed Me!!! She was able to help me get the Medical help that I so desperately needed!! She was able to correct everything that my previous doctor from MD Anderson neglected. I went from Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer that spread to my lungs and liver to now I am Cancer Free Survivor. I can’t thank her enough for giving me my life back so I can know and enjoy my grandchildren!!! ??????

Misdiagnosed and mistreated. Cancer free for 3 years. She only cares about money. She shouldn’t have license.

After having her nurse call and tell us to "keep doing what you're doing, the anemia is improving", Marquette failed to follow up with my Mother and cost her 2 and a half months of a diagnosis and treatment for Multiple Myeloma. Then we were told there are no "stages" in Myeloma, NOT TRUE, my Mother was be then in stage 2. Lastly, instead of prescribing a pain medication herself, she referred my Mom to a Pain Manager, which cost an additional $45 and required a 77yr old to pee in a cup.

??SHE SAVED MY LIFE & I'M FOREVER GRATEFUL FOR THIS!!?? When the ER discovered I was severely anemic & in complete kidney failure with only 24 hours to live, Dr. Marquette was assigned as my doctor. She worked diligently at finding the diagnosis (a rare auto-immune disorder) & began immediate treatment thereafter (IV meds, dialysis, plasma exchange & blood transfusions).
