I have been treated for emergencies at the Guthrie Cortland ER on more than one occasion and I recommend her without hesitation . Great listener and smart treatment plans . Also treated my children and did a great job .

Dr Jackson and her PA saw my 2 week old son who did multiple invasive test and needless antibiotics. I was transferred from her facility to a Children's Hospital and they were horrified at the array of test done. Gladly my baby and I were discharged the following day from the Children's hospital. Stay away from Dr Jackson if you have a sick child.

Thoughtful, helpful, and knowledgeable. Our 2-year old son was bitten by a golden retriever when trying to feed it a croissant. Dr. Jackson talked us though risks and ensured that our little guy was not exposed to rabies or any other issues. Highly recommended!!!
