Dr. Carrie Hess, DPM

Dr Hess’s office is the most efficient and professional I have ever observed. She listens carefully to her patients and has always provided top-notch medical care. The entire staff provides a sense of welcoming and make their patients feel important. I trust her judgement implicitly. Strongly recommend Dr Hess.

I have seen Dr. Hess several times. She is thorough and a good listener. She moved locations and now, for me, is across town. I drive the distance, with these gas prices even because I like her that much!

I have had side/heel foot pain for over a month. Bought new supportive shoes (New Balance 940) and various insoles, used Voltaren and ice. Dr. Hess helped me understand that my foot/ankle pain was a tendon inflammation and plantar fasciitis. She said I was doing all the right things to reduce inflammation and recommended an injection to further reduce inflammation and hasten healing. Finally-relief!

Dr. Hess is top notch. We have needed her expertise on several occasions over the years.

I have been a patient of Carrie Hess and Glenn Nelson for years. They have performed two different operations on hammer toes on both of my feet as well as managing ingrown nails, and removed a neuroma at the base of my 3rd and 4th toes. I cannot give enough praise to both Carrie and Glenn for their care as well as all of the office staff.

I really had a excellent office visit with Dr. Hess. She saw me on short notice, gave alot of attention and detail to my foot sole pain condition, and took care of everything in just one visit. Very knowledgeable, friendly, works quickly and it was great to find a podiatrist like her since I moved here from out of state. Definitely can recommend her as a qualified, experienced podiatrist.

My experience with Dr. Hess was unexpectedly pleasant. I found her office staff to be warm and efficient. I was suffering from plantar fasciitis. Dr Hess was very helpful in diagnosing and treating an ingrown toenail and a broken foot. I am squeamish when doctors work on my feet but Dr. Hess was very quick, methodical and gentle. I recommend her to all of my friends and family who might be dealing with foot issues.

I took my daughter to Dr. Hess for an ingrown nail procedure. She was very gentle and good with children. She permanently fixed the nail and it looks great and doesn't hurt any more.

I went to see Carrie Hess for pain in my feet that is beginning to impede on my everyday life. I have trouble with what I believe is Plantar Fasciitis and Morton's Neuroma. They automatically did an x-ray (without even asking if I wanted one) then she walked in moments later and spent 5 minutes with me. She did not tell me what she believed the problem was (I had told her that another doctor several years earlier had treated me for plantar fasciitis) or the extent of it. She asked me a few questions, mocked the other doctors I had seen in the past and then dismissed me. I walked out of there having to pay hard earned money for the visit and for x-rays but not receiving any answers or any suggestions in return. That was probably one of the most unprofessional doctors I have ever been to. If you choose to go there, I hope you have better luck than I did.

Dr Hess was excellent...would highly recommend her. I left a very positive review last week but an error seems to have occurred regarding my rating.... I wanted to give her an excellent rating but it appears to be only 1 star.

Just saw dr. Hess yesterday for my bi-monthly toenail trimming. as usual it went very well. Dr. Hess is a very competent and gentle during the procedures I have received. I really do appreciate her helping to keep me from having another avulsion on my great toe. Thank you again doctor Hess for all you do.

I will never go back to her ,will never recommend her to anybody ,can't believe ,that she is actually licensed doctor .but then again I am in tucson,az people seem strange out here.
