Very disappointed
I made a 3:30 pm appointment with Dr. Peart on the website on the day of because I wasn’t feeling well and wanted to know what was going on. I even cancelled my work meeting for the appointment. I was headed to the appointment and then realized that the appointment details had two different addresses for the doctor. I called the office and was told that Dr. Peart is in the other office. I then changed the destination of my Uber ride and was on my way and received a call from the office saying that they cannot see me if I am not there. It was only 3:35. I explained that I was on my way to the office but got delayed because of the confusion over addresses. The admin person said she has to speak with the provider and call me back. Ten minutes later I was almost at the office and got a call saying that they have to reschedule and cannot see me. I was left with $62 uber ride and wasted almost an hour of my day. I’ve never had such a ridiculous experience with a doctor. Dr. Peart should not

I was very happy to have met a caring and a knowledgeable technician and above average good doctor that gave me very good care with kindness and bedside manner that I was wishing it for a while. I am very happy with the care that I got. Thank you and I am happy that I have come across to them.

I feel that Dr Peart is the best. More doctors should be like her. She actually listens and looks you in the eye while talking to you. I wouldn't want to go to any other unless it was necessary.
