Dr. Carolyn Engle, MD

Front desk staff had no idea what they were doing, Dr. Engle came in without a proper greeting, rushed through some questions; it was all about her paperwork instead of thoroughly taking the time to understand the patient's situation. Additionally, she lied to us about the issue at hand. We went to previous specialists before this and I seen scans before even stepping in her office, just for her to turn around and say nothing was wrong as if we were making up stories. I have never seen this level of unprofessionalism ever. Take the time to find the proper doctor.

Spent 1.5 hours waiting to be seen only to spend maybe 5 minutes with the doctor. Then was asked to wait to speak with a scheduler for an MRI. After waiting another 15 minutes, I asked if I could schedule by phone only to find that the “scheduler” hadn’t even seen my file come across and had been chatting with a coworker. When I finally met with the scheduler she printed out paper and told me someone from another office would call to schedule. I understand that the medical field is busy, but to keep someone waiting for almost 2 hours is unacceptable and shows a major lack of respect for patients’ time. If your office is running that far behind (which is odd for a morning appointment) it would be nice to alert your patients. I will not be back.

Dr. Engle was wonderful! Professional and a great personality. I took my elderly father to the office, she was very patient with him. I liked her so much I made an appointment for myself.

The wait in waiting room including exam room was a little long but seeing the amount of time she spent with me I can understand why. I was very nervous and she was so compassionate and explained every move she made. My mother went to her years ago and always loved her. Now I know why

Honestly awful. Didn't explain the diagnosis, gave a partially incorrect diagnosis, told me I needed an expensive and painful procedure she couldn't perform and then left me to the wolves and never returned my calls. Avoid the entire office.

Mean and makes me cry every time I see her.
