Dr. Caroline Morgan, MD

Dr. Morgan is truly incredible. Throughout my entire pregnancy, she listened carefully to me and took all of my concerns seriously. As a first-time mom, I was quite anxious, but she eased all my worries and fears. What I appreciated most was seeing her at every single appointment. It’s rare to have that kind of consistency with a doctor throughout your pregnancy, and it made such a difference. When I checked into the hospital for delivery, I felt completely seen and heard by the labor and delivery staff. They always asked for my consent before doing anything and took the time to explain each procedure, which was incredibly reassuring. Most of the nurses were kind, patient, and attentive—qualities that can be hard to find. As expected, Dr. Morgan was there for me throughout the entire experience. I was especially anxious when I went into the hospital, wondering why I hadn’t shown any signs of labor, and all I wanted was to see her. To my relief, when I woke up from a nap in the middle of the night, she was there. That level of care meant the world to me, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return for future care.

Office staff good. This doctor is not. No bedside manner whatsoever. Felt like a cog on a wheel.

When I first started seeing Dr. Morgan, she was very caring and thoughtful. As I grew older, she became judgmental, unhelpful, and completely dismissive of my health. She personally gave me literal incorrect information about STIs and tried to pressure me into certain forms of birth control. The women working in her office will be rude to you if you need anything other than a standard appointment booking. They’ve attempted to bill me for co-pays I paid upfront, and were rude and aggressive when I asked for receipts detailing the charge. The woman in charge of filling prescriptions denied filling an anti-viral I’ve been on for five years, simply because I hadn’t been in the office during that calendar year. When I asked to speak to a manager she hung up. Eventually I switched doctors because I wasn’t being provided with accurate healthcare or basic respect.

Spent minimum amount of time during visits, didn't give time to ask questions. Office is often difficult to reach, especially as a student.

Dr Morgan truly cares for her patients. Her expertise and professionalism is outstanding and I highly recommend her!

It was basically the worst feeling ever to have her judgey eyes roll at me while performing the exam. Most unnecessarily judgemental doctor I've ever been to.

Highly recommended. Personable and professional, great sense of humor. Answers my questions, asked questions of me.

Every time I see her she is very rushed and running late. I had some questions for her and her response was I'll get you some pamphlets on the way out. She spent maybe 5 minutes in the room with me and made me feel like I was imposing on her to ask a few questions. It's a very busy office. The Medical Assistants were literally running through the waiting room door to get patients. As a positive, The front office staff is nice and helpful.

Dr. Morgan is the best. Makes first time experiences with your OBGYN very comfortable. Explains everything very clearly and is super nice. Definitely reccomend for younger patients.

My first visit; office was most efficient I have experienced. At 57 years old with four grown children and several moves due to husband's profession, I have visited numerous ob/gyn practices. I was told the doctor had been called to surgery and a nurse practitioner would see me. Dr. Morgan did come in and performed exam. It impressed me that she wanted to meet me, as a new patient unknown to her, and took the time to do exam. She was professional, thorough, very personable and WILL be my doctor.

Dr. Morgan was my first doctor as an adult, and she is still just as great as she was then. Don't think I will ever switch doctors.

She makes you feel very comfortable. Allows time to talk/discuss and is very easy to talk to.
