Would not recommend
Since my first review was flagged and removed even though it was 100% truthful, I’m making sure to come back and leave it again. The nurses here are absolutely wonderful but I would not recommend this office for the Dr. She’s made me feel terrible twice now and I’m not interested in being shamed for my weight as she continues to bring it up. I’m 210 and 5’5” and for some reason the outdated and incorrect bmi chart is being used. Regardless, I’ve not gained a single pound while pregnant, have actually lost weight, and bb has been developing absolutely perfectly. My last visit was full of fear after speaking to the Dr because at 25 weeks she told me my child could be in the NICU, may have trouble transitioning to life outside the womb, because he’s currently 11 days ahead in size. I spoke to my friend who’s a pediatric nurse who said that it’s way too early to determine those things and that sonogram size is often wrong. Please take better care when speaking to your patients.

Wonderful Dr
Very helpful all the personnel and Specially Dr Marss that explained everything with detail and she even speaked Spanish which made me feel more comfortable. Overall very helpful.

Highly recommend
I’ve been to the office at least 3x for my high risk pregnancy. Everyone is incredibly friendly and polite. I feel that I’m treated with care and genuine concern.

Wonderful Doctor
Dr Marrs is a great doctor, very smart and will definitely help you understand the conditions and risk your in for complications of pregnancy, she explains everything you have questions about. Excellent doctor, very helpful for my health and my daughters health in the womb. I highly recommend her as anyones doctor for high risks pregnancies.

Great Dr
Dr. Marrs has always treated me great! She is understanding and very knowledgeable. I feel like she always has my best interest and shows compassion. I have never felt like I was being rushed through my office visit by anyone in her office. I do not have any complaints.

Amazing doctor and staff
I saw Dr Marrs for an emergency rescue cerclage that ended up being misdiagnosed and unneeded. She and the ultrasound tech were extremely kind, informative and reassuring during an incredibly stressful and emotional experience. If she was closer to me I’d switch to her for my regular care in a second!

I was recommended to visit this doctor by my normal ob/gyn for concerns about gestational diabetes, for which I was borderline. I drove 5 times the normal distance through Dallas to get to Richardson, only to have my doctor's concerns dismissed casually with "Thresholds exist for a reason, you don't need to change your diet at all, and that'll be $1,300.00." The paperwork also took longer to complete than the brief sonogram and even briefer doctor's visit combined, and I worked on the paperwork from about 30 minutes before, continued working on it throughout both, and up to about 15 minutes after. The baby's father was also asked to wait in the hallway with no chairs, despite being allowed in the doctor's office as well. (This lobby is covid-free, but not this office?) To add insult to my wallet's injury, wiithin a week since, I've had gestational diabetes confirmed by a different doctor after discovering my baby's head is in the 99th percentile and length is in the 93rd.
