She's a great Doctor

Dr. Ocampo had been caring for my family’s health and wellness for over 30 years. She truly cares about he patients as she provides excellent medical care for a vast range of health issues. Northwest Indiana is fortunate to have such a dedicated physician.

If you are more concerned about hearing the truth instead of what you want to hear, she is the doctor for you. You may wait a bit longer; she DOESN'T WASTE YOUR TIME because she gets to the root of the issue the first visit searching for all of the information before making a diagnosis. This has saved me a great deal of travel, time and office visits.She has continually demonstrated IMPECCABLE COMPETENCE in the breadth of her LISTENING, EXPLORATION of a problem, DIAGNOSING, and “BEDSIDE MANNER.” This doctor has INTEGRITY besides COMPASSION.I trust her with all aspects of my and loved one's health. She does not hesitate to refer me when another doctor's specialty is better suited to my issue.But if all you care about is hurry up, please don't waste her time. She's busy giving quality attention to her patients that want the highest degree of care.

I've spent 42 years as a clinical operations manager, so my bar is pretty high for physician practices. I've been going to Dr. Ocampo for a few years now and her practice is of the highest quality. And her NP, Jamie Brennan, has the same clinical work ethic - together they are a formidable team for their patients' health! Both of them always respond, pay attention to details, spend the time needed with their patients and the staff is always well organized and helpful. I've been going through some health issues lately and am incredibly happy and comfortable with the care I've been given. I recommend their practice to everyone!

My experience with Dr. Ocampo is always great she takes her time with you and explains things very well so that you could understand what is going on with yourself. I like having her as my doctor because she gets the job done not just for me but for my family too.

I have been seeing Dr. Carolina Ocampo for more then 10 years. She always take care my health issues with no problem, I never had any issue to refill my prescriptions like with another Doctor’s, the wait is really short.

Staff is very friendly. Doctor is very thorough and knowledgeable!

I waited only 1 hour, Dr. Ocampo was very pleasant, very professional, and so was her staff. I would deffinately recommend her.

The waiting is terrible . Trying to get prescriptions filled is a pain. Rude staff who don't care. I will be taking my father to another Doctor.

Love the doctor love the nurse practitioners she has I hate and I despise the wait time it’s anywhere from 3 to 5 hours literally.

Unprofessional staff and doctors, unsanitary office, and wait times average 2-3 hours. Never saw the doctor. Instead saw a nurse practitioner that said it might be cancer without doing any tests. She then tried to put in requests for tests that didn't even pertain to what was going on. Patient records were out in the open. Worst doctors office I've ever been to.

Longest wait time. Was in waiting room for 2 hours then was called back and had to wait another 40mins before being seen by the doctor.I was seen a total of 7 mins max by the doctor

Dr. Ocampo seemed great at my 1st appointment, (1 1/2 hr wait). But her staff has a litany of pat answers, so they don't have to work to hard or actually check on anything. 1st we got the labs but the Dr. has not reviewed them, 2nd we never got the labs, 3 the Dr. will call, 4 the Dr. left a message (nope), 5 the Dr. will call (again). So now it's 5 days and 13 calls later still no lab answers, there's a firewall of incompetence between the Dr. and her patients. what is wrong with these people?

Horrible experiences. I have been seeing this doctor for the past year and it is all drama. Dr ocampo and her nurses and most staff are so unorganized and im convinced that nobody knows what they are doing. They have been sending me to get blood work done every two months for a condition that I have had my entire life and only should have checked once of twice annually. It is such a struggle to get refills on my levo prescription. Stay away from this practice!

I have been seeing Dr. O'Campo for years. She always addresses my concerns. I appreciate that she does not just give me medication because of my complaints, but always checks to be sure, that my initial problem is not caused by a greater condition. I appreciate her care/treatment.

I went to this office for the first time last week. After waiting over two hours to see the doctor, I met with the nurse practitioner. I have terrible migraines, and I was looking for treatment with this issue. I was told I needed to get some tests done first, and they don't have a lab onsite. When I contacted the lab I was referred to, the cost of the tests was over 1200 dollars. I have called the office twice now to discuss my other options, and still have not heard back.

I suffer from anemia when to this doctor because i wasn't feeling well... They have me to do lab work i did that same-day i my results in the mail from the place i had my lab done and they fax my results to them has been a week and no one has call to explain my results... I been calling and calling samething someone well call you... BEEN A WEEK AND NOTHING!!!!!
