This person needs to find a new profession. If I could leave negative stars, I would. I’m facing VERY serious, terminal illnesses that are new to me. I chose her because she’s close to my home. My last primary moved to another state. First visit- she’s over an hour late, probably close to 1.5 hours. I’m not feeling well being out of the house that long, but I understand and always try to tell myself that I’d want the same time and attention she’s giving her patients. She walks in room, first thing she says “ wow, you have a lot of complaints, I don’t have time to get to them all today”. No hello, no introduction, that! She also said I need to “get off all of these medications”. I’m sorry, but pancreatic cancer and a brain aneurysm kinda requires these. Terrible human. Gave me horrible anxiety for days, I questioned the legitimacy of my health concerns for days. Horrible human. RUN.

I saw her today for the first time and was so happy with how caring she was, how she didn't rush, , and how she looked at the whole picture and focused on causes. She was great!!

I'd Rather a Nurse
I cannot express how disappointed I am with my experiences with Dr. Carol Taylor. While she may have the medical knowledge, her terrible bedside manner completely overshadows any positive aspect of her practice. She consistently rushes through appointments, leaving no room for meaningful discussion or addressing patient concerns. Her dismissive attitude and lack of respect make it clear that she has little regard for her patients' comfort or well-being.Every visit feels like a chore where you’re being hurried out the door rather than cared for. Frankly, her assistants are far more compassionate and approachable, which is telling of the environment she fosters. It’s shocking that someone in her position would show so little empathy or professionalism.I’ve reached my limit and will be switching doctors immediately. I cannot recommend her to anyone seeking a competent and caring provider. If you value respect, compassion, and feeling like your health matters, avoid Dr. Taylor at all c

Unsatisfied Patient – Jan 07, 2025

Caring and Brilliant
Dr Taylor takes the time to listen and to address all concerns, regardless of how many questions my family (all patients) may pose. She synthesizes information to address the whole patient, not just disparate symptoms (and, ugh, my family and I have had a big bagful of symptoms over all these years). Dr. Taylor looks beyond obvious diagnoses and seems to really be invested in helping us to attain our best health. Recommendations regarding meds, supplements, and referrals to specialists have always been spot on. While there's sometimes a long wait, when Dr. Taylor is with you, she gives you the time you require. I am very happy to be patient when I know that I won't be rushed through a 3-min visit on my turn. While she has a wonderful professional demeanor, she is also warm and friendly. I have zero complaints about Dr Taylor and Horizon Family Medical Warwick's office staff; I look forward to seeing Dr Taylor's beaming smile for many annual physicals to come. We love her!

Kind and thorough
Dr. Taylor is very thorough in her approach. She always follows up with things we discussed at prior appointments. She asks a lot of questions and takes the time to listen. She also suggested calcium, zinc and magnesium supplements for me as I am a senior citizen and I noticed an increase in stamina and overall health (no colds or flu for many years). No other physician has ever taken the time to expand wellness issues. I respect and trust her very much.

Dr. Taylor is the most caring and engaged physician I have ever experienced. She listens and remembers everything you’ve ever discussed. She treats the person, not just the symptoms! Wait times do reflect that, so bring a book and know that you will get all the time and attention that YOU need!

Happy Patient! in NY – Feb 26, 2020

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Carol has the bedside manner of a potato, is apathetic at best to the needs of her patients, and worse yet is extremely judgmental and weak stomached. On more than one occasion she has been outright disrespectful, and made me feel uneasy about bringing up legitimate medical concerns. It has gotten to the point where I am now seeking an alternate doctor. In our last appointment she not only showed up an hour late, but insinuated I was a drug addict when I informed her I had been prescribed ADHD medication by my therapist. She even refused to continue filling my standard prescriptions due to this false, unilaterally misconstrued, notion. 0/10 - This doctor should find a new line of work, public facing medicine is not her forte.
