I have seen many doctors over the past 8 yrs and have not found one with the compassion of Doctor Carol Penn...I was in there as a first time patient today and she spent 45 minutes with me, going over all my concerns and coming up together with a plan to feeling better....I never felt rushed...she listened and when she spoke to me she looked at me ( not through me) and theres where you see her care and compassion.... Her Staff was also great, very pleasant... I finally found my permenant primary
