Very professional
I,ve seen Dr. Mancero several times, & have been treated with dignity & respect by her & her staff both times. Always just a walk in at the clinic, so there's about a hour wait time (give or take 15 min) which is expected at hospitals in Florida whether you make an appointment or not. Her staff are always cheery, helpful, & attentive & make you feel welcome. Overall 10 out of 10!

Saw Dr. Mancero this past week and feeling so much better. Appreciated the attention to detail she has which is hard to find. She explained to me what was going on and what I could do to feel better. Wait was a little long but it was worth it to not be rushed. Will definitely go back if I get sick again.

Dr.Mancero was able to give me the right diagnosis after two other locations couldn’t. She was super nice and very thorough. Once we received bloodwork results she called me herself and explained everything so that I understood and explained a treatment plan to follow up with.

Dr. Carol Moncero is an inept doctor who caters to pharmaceutical company recommendations for medication and refused to prescribe the medication for my ear that I've used for the last 17 years, successfully. After her forced medication didn't work, she refused to call in the correct medication that is in my medical records and has worked without issues for, again, 17 years. I hope that she got a good kickback on the meds that she pushed from her pharma rep., I have to go to ER now for my ear.
