This doctor is very unavailable. The staff does a very poor job answering questions and solving problems. Trying to get an appointment is outrageously long. We even tried to switch doctors, and this process took over a month, and I had to keep following up. The lack of professionalism and courteous mannerisms led us to not find other services. When our child is not a matter of concern, how can we have confidence in this group?

She is 100% amazing. While the Berry Campus counselors are lacking and can't seem to do their job with my son, she is the ONLY person who has helped him, in the last 10 years he's been going there. Dr. Craig is THE best doctor he's ever had, anywhere, ever.
