I have been a patient for the past 2 years. Dealing with Covid-19, losing my best friend of 34 years and my youngest brother unexpectedly. Plus just needing help with major depression/anxiety.

Too bad she left Lifestream. What a wonderful doctor she is. I wished I knew where she went. Was told she retired. A very caring doctor. I guess the company she worked for gave her too many patients and she was not given the help needed. Shame on Lifestream!!

The most unprofessional Dr I have ever had the misfortune of coming upon. Moved here, made an appt.for med mngmt and she wrote script for 30 tabs instead of 60, (which I have been taking 7 years!) I have called her office 7x in TWO weeks with no response. I was going to start withdrawal soon and she couldn't be bothered to answer until I started calling Admin, Dr Managers, whomever to help me at Lifestream. I spoke with a Judy Carter, so nice! She got my script called in 4 hrs later! stay away
