Standoffish
She was standoffish, acted like I had the plague because I hadn’t yet been vaccinated.. I was very disappointed because she really didn’t get close enough to check my psoriasis, eczema, or other skins issues.

The visit was fine, afterwards I could not get anyone at all to help me with a prescription refill. Called at least a half dozen times, left messages which the recording said would be returned, they weren't; spoke to staff who said they'd pass along messages; no help at all after the initial appointment.

I went to Dr. Cooper for a check of several places on my skin. She was rude and unprofessional. I am a healthcare professional myself, so was taken aback by her behavior. At one point, I came close to getting up and walking out. It was as if she had some personal problem with me, although I do not know that we have ever met. I will never return nor recommend her to anyone else.

Dr. Cooper went above and beyond in helping me manage my eczema which has plagued my life for several years. Her office staff was absolutely wonderful and I always leave her office feeling like I was well cared for. I wish all my providers gave this level of care to their patients.
