Dr. Carmen Serrano, MD

Went in for a new patient appointment and all she proceeded to talk about was my weight and me “worrying too much.” At one point she told me “you are a whiner, aren’t you?” Absolutely do not recommend, a doctor should not make you leave the office feeling worse than when you came in.

What a joke found another dr who cares an listens to you an told me their was no record of me even seeing lopez

Dr. Serrano has been my primary care physician for over 20 years. Words cannot describe the character and compassion of this woman. Unfortunately I only get to see her at my worst of times, but each and every time she is there with words of wisdom and a healing hand. I hope to have her as my doctor for my lifetime. Dr Serrano is an asset to any healthcare facility that she is a part of

Dr. Serrano-Lopez is one of those doctors that you can be very comfortable with. She truly cares about you and your health. If you are having any issues, she will do everything she can to resolve them and figure them out regardless of the "politics" of the medical field. You need a test, you get one with her. I hope she is around for a long time, because she will make sure I am too.

Long time patient.

To begin with, this doctor looks as though she takes no pride in herself. She dresses like a vagrant, wears sandals and her toes are disgusting. Not trimmed nails, looks to have poor hygiene. Scraggly hair, also unkempt. So she walks in the room and you are to listen to her discuss, intelligently, your medical issues. She does spend time with patients, BUT she has an agenda, so if you want to advocate for yourself, she will not listen. I had a complicated medical history, and she missed diagnosing me because she “knows better than” me. Horrible doctor. Go to ANYONE else.

She doesn't listen. She never told me about a mass seen on a carotid ultra sound. Turned out to be a tumor. Wouldn't give proper pain referral. Refused service because she didn't want to discuss treatment. Scheduled me for a follow up that turned out to be unneeded, unwanted and refused pap smear. worst doctor I've ever had.

Very compassionate and caring. Thorough. Good communicator. Smart. Ill go to her for as long as I can for ongoing care.

Apparently doesn’t like it when patients don’t just accept her medical opinion; doesn’t welcome wuestiobecomes aggressive and makes off-putting remarks with a demeaning attitude.

She takes her time with patients & really checks up on everything
