She no longer has an office in Tooele. Wish I had found out proir to trying to get an appointment for a sick child. It was good for the short time we saw her.

The office manager, Cliff, is the worst. He is rude, unfriendly, and blames you for any miscommunication. You will also find him replying to any negative online reviews with the same professionalism he demonstrates in person :( Read his replies and you will get a good idea if how he runs the office. No professionalism, and he's quick to dismiss you as a patient. I agree with the other negative reviews that the doctor is great, but you have to get past Cliff, and frankly, it's not worth it.

I dont no another physician that takes her patients to heart as she does? People will truly feel the effects the day she no longer practices here on zUtah a physician who gives the type of service that most in Utah have never seen or been used to recieving? A physician who gives straight from the heart...

Dr. Taveras is amazing & I loved working with her. Unfortunately, you need to get past Cliff (office manager) to see the doctor. Cliff texted to confirm an appt., which I confirmed, but moments later Cliff texted saying the appointment was cancelled because they were "overwhelmed with sick visits tomorrow." I replied that it was unprofessional to cancel after confirming an appt. moments before. I asked to keep the appointment & he responded by telling us we were no longer welcome as patients.

Best Dr. EVER!! Would never to anyplace else......

We have been with Dr. Taveras for 13 years! Unfortunately had to seek other medical care 1 time, as it was an late night weekend "emergency" and I never even thought to have called her. It was the worst experience ever, as soon as she found out that I had gone elsewhere she immediately got my daughter in!! And thank the lord because as I had already expected my daughter was NOT treated correctly. AMAZING!! facility and care......

We have nothing but positive things to say about the staff and Dr. Taveras! We have been treated Golden ever since they came to Tooele! It is good to have someone who cares about your children’s wellbeing and also us as parents! It is also reassuring that we can see an actual doctor and not just a Physicians Assistant to get treated. Dr T. Is a very knowledgeable Dr. Who cares for all her patients. My grandkids love to see and everyone in the office. It hurts me to read when a few people try to ruin her name and run her out of town. If you have a problem them please see another Dr but so not ruin it for the many many patients that truly love her and her office staff.

Dr. T is amazing I use to love how available she was but her staff is incompetent and rude. I've had to do her husband's Billing job several times because of faulty collection claims on their services that were paid in full. I did not mind the first time because of their situation but it became a norm for him. Cliff excused us as patients because I asked for immunization records.

Best Dr my kids have ever visited Very knowledgeable, caring and friendly... My kids love her it's about 10 years now and she is so great even with especial needs children...well recognized by the pediatrician board and she will even go out of her way to meet patients needs also she is the only Dr I know who sees her patients personally unless she has an unexpected emergency...love to know that my kids have one of the best pediatrician.
