Dr. Carmen Fotso, MD

I recently went to Dr. Fotso for an annual health review. Dr. Fotso is consistently thinking of my well-being in ways that sometimes I can't fathom! She is amazing in her diagnostic skills. In order to come to these diagnoses she asks questions, researches, etc. and gives me clear directions for next steps. My overall health is so much better - because of Dr. Fotso. Her staff is as kind as she is and very well-trained. I highly recommend Dr. Carmen Fotso!

Every experience I have with dr. Fotso is a great one. She always pays attention and she is honestly interested in my opinions on some treatments. Sometimes she reminds me that I need more cardio in my life and she’s right, when she says that to me I know she’s looking out for my health and being a healthy weight is so important. No joke, she’s the best doctor I’ve ever had. If you want a dr. That listens to you and doesn’t push unnecessary treatments call dr. Fotso. Also she is absolutely awesome at the health portal, and always messages me back within the day. Love her!!!!!!

Dr Fotso has the best bedside manner of any doctor I've ever consulted with. Her new facility in West Dundee is fantastic. Her staff is highly personable as well. The best health care in the region bar none!

I think she is very unprofessional and rude. As a doctor you don't insult a patient that chooses you to be their primary doctor. If you have weight issues and say something to doctor about the way she does business. the doctor does not tell the patient she can go to weight watchers when your weight was not apart of the conversation. very insulting for someone in that profession bed side manners is not appropriate.

Great doctor! she has excellent bedside manners! she is patient and explained my condition in detail.

Dr fatso is just amazing but her staff is horrible prescriptions are never called in to the pharmacy can never get an appointment I've called to transfer records 3x I'm switching drs office. Yes I've spoken to the dr and the office manager issue ignored
