I was always treated with respect. her knowledge was vast and complete. Her procedure for the spinal injections were precise and worked well for me. I had an improved quality of life from her treatments.

I've had pain in my shoulders and cervical spine since November this woman got me so upset that I walked out of the office canceled the follow-up appointment treated me like I was some kind of a drug addict I went there for an epidural never got the epidural here it is June don't like the woman at all sorry that I was wasted so much time and energy trying to get help I'm getting MRIs on my shoulders and spine on the 19th I'll leave it up to somebody else to give me the epidural or help me I can't believe the Florida Health Care has employed this woman

Very un professional n the nurses are not at all professional making many mistakes and no communication with dr and patient very dis satisfied with this doctors nurses and doctor who tells you she will treat you accordingly n lies n changes her mind n mis communicates with nurses n the patient !!!!!

Dr.Domingeuz made me very comfortable right from the start. We discussed my condition and she made her recomendations. I had a procedure I was uneasy having and she made it completely tolerable and pain free. Thank you Dr. Dominguez for working with me and making me much more confident.

I am astonished that someone identifying as a pain management doctor would be so callous and uncompassionate toward those suffering and seeking relief. This person looks down her nose at me and indicates that my afflictions (degenerative disc, stenosis, neuropathy, RLS, fibromyalgia) are my fault and acts as though I deserve whatever pain I have. After 4 months of her discontinuing whatever helped, my pain got increasingly worse until she finally said she would not be prescribing any pain meds. I cannot believe that this person is even allowed to practice.

I have not even gone to see this Dr and I am not sure if I want to. The office person Rosie is condescending and rude. I felt like she overstepped her role as an appointment scheduler. I am a patient in need of help not judgment.

How could a physician, a person supposedly trained to offer healing and compassion, treat any human being this way?

After being in pain management for over 5 years I had to switch doctors and go and see this Carmen Dominguez I won't even put doctor in front of it cuz she's anything but she was very rude she was very arrogant she was controlling she would rather give me something 10 times stronger than what I actually need it than to give me what would work which was hydrocodone and she wanted to put me on a fentanyl patch instead of a 5mg hydrocodone pill I never heard of any doctor doing anything like that i

After 4 visits Has a problem understanding English. Controlling, arrogant and unprofessional demeanor.

After being treated for years at FHCP pain management for chronic neck and wide spreed pain. Carmen Dominguez walks in after I waited for weeks to get my apt. just to tell me she thanks I'm lying about my pain. I was very upset to say the least. I went home in pain and alone to deal with not only being in horrible pain but to have my integrity questioned by some one who don't know anything about me. Thank God my primary Dr. had enough education and common sense to recognize the symptoms of RA.
