Terrible Doctor
Dr Coppola was a doctor for my wife and I in the nicu at Upmc Lititz. To say the least she’s very unprofessional and has no place in a nicu. She’s very short, very misleading with her information, does not explain anything… her delivery of the information to already stressed parents is absolutely terrible. If you’re ever in the nicu I highly recommend not having her care for your child. The nurses below her are on another level. Every nurse we had care for our child was absolutely amazing and they do not get the credit they deserve. It’s a shame such a great nicu nursing staff has to report to a doctor like Coppola.

Do not ever have your babies cared by this nasty doctor. She yells at people, creates a nasty environment in a sacred NICU. Extremely unprofessional and she REFUSED to answer questions related to our baby's care. Never come to UPMC Pinnacle Lititz aka Heart if you see her.

I regret very much having had my child cared at UPMC Lititz, because of this Caribbean graduate. She is absolutely nasty and unprofessional. She has the worst bedside manners ever and won't answer any questions without sounding testy. The nursing staff under her are equally poorly trained and have no clue what to do.

She is extremely rude and CATTY. Do yourself and your family a favor, NEVER go to her. She hates babies and most importantly acts like she hates her job.

I want to you she has the WORST bedside manner ever. If you need to deliver, don't go to UPMC Lititz because of incompetent neonatalogist like her. Next time when any of my friends/relatives delivering at that hospital, I will make sure to ask WHO is the neonataologist first. Do NOT ever waste your money on Coppola.
