Terrible customer service
I would never go back to this office. After a very expensive visit, I called back to ask a quick question I was told to go to the hospital or go to a specialist if I had further questions. I asked to speak to the doctor, but the office person kept calling me back trying to relay the message which was of no help. Also, received multiple charges for one visit. My new doctor calls back if needed, is happy to answer questions and doesn't overcharge.

I don't think I would see her again. I went to see her this week and she said I do not have inflection in my ear. I have been hearing ringing in my ear and it is still blocked. I went to see another doctor for a second opinion and the ER doctor told me he can see something behind the eardrum (yellow stuffs) that I should see ENT doctor.

Dr. Ernst office called at 4:55 the day before a scheduled new patient first appointment to cancel because she was leaving the practice and the office claimed I ever should have been scheduled. They wanted me to reschedule for a month later. A totally clown show. I won’t see anyone in this practice. When the front of the office is this incompetent it doesn’t bode well and is been waiting a month for this appointment.

Dr. Ernst is a wonderful doctor! She is very kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. She doesn’t rush through a visit and listens to any concerns you may have regarding your health. Dr. Ernst will also get back to you very quickly if you have questions through the portal. I recommend her highly!

I have never had to wait past my appt to get in to see Dr. Ernst. She has an excellent bedside manner and truly takes the time to get to know her patients in order to address their needs and medical concerns. I drive all the way from the far west valley to see Dr. Ernst because she is worth it!!

I certainly appreciated the concern shown by the whole staff at Abrazo Medical. I was a new patient being seen for a follow up medical issue and feel that the attention given was very thorough and professional. Would feel comfortable contacting the office again if I had medical concern.
