Dr. Carvell is such a caring and empathetic doctor. She really takes the time to listen and get to know you as a person. She cares about making you feel comfortable. She checks on you from a holistic perspective and focuses on preventative care to set you up for a long healthy life.

I honestly couldn't tell you what the doctor is like, but the office staff is terrible. I waited 3 weeks for an appointment. I mistakenly wrote 8:30 down, and I arrived at 8:32. I was told my appointment was at 8:20, and they have a "10 minute rule." They would not make an exception, although it was an honest mistake. So they offered to reschedule... Another 3 weeks from now. I said forget it. I'll just find another doctor, and I will. What bothers me most is my kids go to another doctor in the group, and we always wait 30 minutes or more to be seen. So had I arrived two minutes prior, I would've sat there and waited for 30 minutes. Ugh.
