Very professional staff. Very nice, clean facility. Biopsy results were delivered and explained thoroughly by the attending PA.

Have been three or four times? Most to check out things concerned about. But He is the best of the best ! I will give him an A+++ on every level- kind people, great staff, clear instructions.

I am a Vietnam Veteran and retired Firefighter. I have gone through surgeries on just about every organ in my body and have been in many hospitals. I do know good from bad Doctors and I can assure you Dr. Faulk and his whole staff of people are some of the greatest people I have been treated by. Dr. Faulk is not only one of the best Doctors also a great Human Being. I thank him and his staff for not only their great care , also for sharing their good souls with me. You will find no better People. Being a Firefighter I have been involved in taking care of people getting them to hospitals which I believe I have seen good and bad care. I thank Dr. Faulk and his staff for being so good at what they do. I rate them all beyond a 5 star rating. Thank you Thank you Thank you

Dr. Faulk is a very good Doctor. I have used him for over 12 years and he has always got my approval. He is a very educated and concerned Doctor. I know of different people he has help when in a bad situation. I thank him for what he does and will do. AAA+ in my book. Thanks Dr. Faulk.

I would not recommend Dr. Faulk. My husband has been going to him for 3 years. My husband has a lot of skin cancer issues. On his last 6 month examine, Dr. Faulk spend less than 3 minutes on the total body examine and froze a couple of places. After only 2 months, my husband felt he still had issues with a couple of the places Faulk froze. Upon friends recommendations, we went to another Doctor. So glad we did. The new Dr. took 3 biopsies and found cancer in 2 of them.

The office staff and PA were very nice. However, the business office is not to be trusted. THREE TIMES I asked, prior to my appt, the day of my appt, and after my appointment about pricing, taking deductibles into consideration. Every time I would ask about a certain procedure, I discussed price, and whether it was included, or extra. I based my visit on this information. I later was charged an additional $280. The office has no good reason for this charge, or why I was lied to.
