Telehealth
Terrible Doctor gave me two epidural injection procedures and they didn't help, even more pain. He never made an appointment for me again to see how I had reacted to the treatment. I don't explain anything to myself. I don't recommend it at all apart from a despotic person. His staff never answer calls anyway.

Horrible wait time you will be waiting a minimum of 4 hours for a 10 min procedure with no explanation. Why have a scheduled appointment time but not see us until 4 hours later and you just sit in the waiting room for 4 hours.

Incompetent Supporting staff
I have only seen Dr. Viesca once in office and the other times are when he marks my back for procedures, the other times I see the Nurse Practitioner. Not necessarily bad, but I would like to see the doctor to discuss options. Staff is AWFUL. I am constantly billed for appointments I have already paid, and CANNOT get thru on the phone to billing. I leave messages and no one returns the call. I try reception, and they just transfer the call, and I leave a message. I'm hesitant to continue seeing this establishment, when the supporting staff is so incompetent.

No respect
I transferred when my doctor changed her practice. This office is more concerned about having in-house pot lucks than seeing patients. I have to come in (read: pay) monthly just for refills. I have had my diagnosis for 14 years. He is consistently late and clearly has no respect for patients/people. I think he needs a refresher on the "first do no harm" and servant aspect of being a doctor. I'm sure he has much to be thankful for this year. I however will be trying to survive 4 days with no medication.

Dr viesca is a kind respectful doctor he listens to you and he tries his best to help you with your pain he is the best doctor to me. He does not give up on you he tries to help you with your needs and he gets it done.

During my surgical procedure I was not yet under anesthesia and Viesca continued with the procedure anyway. I was complaining of severe pain and he just ignored me so he could hurry up finish. He is callous and uncaring in regards to his patients condition or the level pain he is inflicting on them. I strongly recommend avoiding this man for medical needs.

He did not fix my biggest problem in a timely manner. Right leg absolutely on fire, seemingly, but on the third set of injections he helped my, didn’t fix the nerves but got all the insurance money he could. I tell everyone not to go to him. He seems like an egomaniac. I will never use him again. Just a heads up.

The doctor was very kind. I'm pretty young to have the injuries I do, and most doctors have been dismissive. He asked pertinent questions and treated me like a human being instead of someone just looking for drugs. He explained several options that are not medication that could help me, and I was SO relieved. I left with a smile on my face, and I appreciate his professionalism and expertise. The staff was extremely helpful and everyone was so nice!
