Excellent Dr. Carlos Sandoval On February 24th I had an open total hysterectomy, my recovery has been quite good! From the first day I had minimal pain and zero bleeding, very attentive he and his secretary Marisol called me the days of my surgery to find out how I felt, at the moment my wound healed and my scar is barely noticeable. I recommend it 100% if you know how to treat your patients.

I have been knowing and treating Dr. Carlos for more than 10 years. Sandoval and what I like is that apart from being an excellent doctor, he treats his patients very well, I use a surgery that was a success and I recommend them to him 100%. I really like you because I didn't have insurance and he helped me a lot. Thank you and God bless him so that just as I help myself he continues to help more people.

Excellent doctor treated me for both my pregnancies

Dr. Sandoval performed a laparoscopic robot assisted surgery on me this past April. My recovery was very smooth thanks to his strong implements of his ERAS protocols. I did not experienced any pain and I was able to go back to work within the recommended time without issues. Dr. Sandoval is a very experienced doctor. But must of all, he was respectful. He made me feel safe and comfortable under his care, he understood all my needs, he walked me through every step in the way and I was able to easily understand. Dr. Sandoval took his time to listen to all of my concerns. I've seen other obgyn in the past, but Dr. Sandoval is a keeper, HANDS DOWN

I underwent a myomectomy to remove several large fibroids. This was my first surgery and my first experience with hospital care. Dr. Sandoval was excellent in educating me about my diagnosis and action plan for fibroid removal. His team is amazing, they were all in communication with each other and completely on top of everything. His team prepared me with information two weeks before my surgery, took care of me during my hospital stay, and continued to follow up with post-surgery. My scar is minimal and I expect it will fade beautifully as time goes on. Overall I am extremely happy with my outcome and will continue to see Dr. Sandoval for my health needs.

I met Dr. Carlos Sandoval-Herrera when I needed a second opinion, because after having a 2nd degree laceration it turned bad and needed a vaginal reconstruction. Dr. Sandoval-Herrera listened to me, he had empathy in my situation of pain and discomfort that I felt. He took the time to follow up with me during my recovery with a simple phone call. Because of his experience, honesty and professionalism, I fully trust him and recommend him.

Dr. Sandoval recently did my hysterectomy and thanks to his experience, my surgery was less invasive and very successful. I was able to leave the hospital the same day! As I recovered, I had a question and was able to reach him immediately after clinic hours. I really appreciate everything Dr. Sandoval did for me.

My experience with Dr. sandoval-herrera was amazing. I came in to see him because I was having alot of pain on my abdomen due to a very large cyst on my right ovary. After further testing ultrasounds and MRIs and blood work. I decided I wanted to move forward with the surgery to have my cyst removed. September 28th 2020 dr sandoval and his wonderful medical staff at mount Sinai performed a robotic surgery to remove my large cyst and only made 4 simple incisions with very minimal pain and was able to return to regular activities after 3 days of recovery at home. I was also sent home with the needed medications in case of any pain. But the pain was very minimal and tolerable. Dr sandoval also called me the very next day after surgery to follow up with me and definitely made me feel like he cares about his patients. Now Dr sandoval is helping me in my fertility process since I do have PCOS which makes it difficult for me to conceive. I cant wait to start this journey!

Dr. Sandoval delivered both of my babies through C-Section and also did my tubal ligation. I wanted to have a VBAC my second pregnancy but couldn’t which was disappointing But Dr. Sandoval explained to me why it wouldn’t be possible and the risk I was taking which made me have a different opinion about the the surgery. He didn’t pressure me into anything I didn’t want to do which I love the most about Dr. Sandoval. He listened to what I wanted. Dr. Sandoval is very personal he makes time to have personal conversation about family or what’s going on in the world. I highly recommend having him as your doctor because he makes you feel like a person and not just a number.

I had an ectopic pregnancy and although I was scared l think a Doctor that is honest and says things exactly the way it's supposed to be made me confident about having a surgery. This was the case with Doctor Sandoval a very sad but satisfying experience specially in these days of Covid-19 I really felt like I was well taken care of. My incisions were small due to the process he used (Laparoscopy ) I felt better after a few days. I thank him an the others for their help and love.

Dr. Sandoval is an amazing physician. He did my ovarian cyst excision 2 weeks ago and took great care of me and took his time to talk to my family and keep them updated. His bedside manner is the best I’ve experienced and this isn’t my first surgical procedure. Not to mention he personally called me once I was home to check on my progress. I highly recommend him.
