Dr. Carlos Reyes, MD

I tried 4 other gyn and was met with so many hurdles just to get on their books much less through the door. This office is the most efficient, well oiled machine ever. The cherry on top of course is Dr. Ryes. Hands down the top notch Dr. He knows his stuff and is in high demand. All things considering the staff in this office are high caliber ladies. I am converting from compound creams to his pellet program and although too soon to tell the affects I should know very soon that this should be an improvement on all fronts. This doctor is personable, very happy and has his team working well together. Oh ps. parking a breeze at Publix shared lot.--- wohoo

I've been goin here for over 11 years with all 4 of my pregnancy, dr reyes is the best doctor in this field, I trusted him with my life with three of my c-section, Its all about the caring, the patience this man has with you and his team is exceptional, I would recommend his team to anyone, they make you feel so welcome, I just got my last c-section on march 8 2021, I just want to say thank you all so much for taking care of me since i was 22yrs old ????

Dr Reyes is very professional and concerning. Was recommended by a coworker to see him as a second opinion for surgery. Still following with my care and possibly will continue to see as my regular gyno in the future. Compared to other doctors and I’ve seen many over the years...he was very attentive to my issues. Most others don’t even care about the person as human being, unfortunately it’s about the $$. Haven’t known him very long only a few visits but satisfied with my service. His office receptionist/manager is a bite abrasive in her interaction with myself. I’m not there to interact negatively by her, but does make impression the entire pt experience.

Excellent Doctor!

Had to make apt on an urgent basis, was seen the next day. Minimal wait time and my concerns addressed was made to feel calm and listened to.

I have been seeing Dr. Reyes for years and he is always amazing! When I have a concern he talks me through it and what to expect. Very professional and very easy to talk to!

This office and their values are horrible. They are not concerned with how the patient is. Dr. Reyes rushes through appointments and is condescending and unsympathetic to any unusual complaints. Not everyone heals in the same way. Nurses answered voice mail messages in same condescending manner, laughing and making a mockery of concerns on different occasions. This is unnerving, feel desperate, it costs money to have procedures and time off of work and effects every aspect of my life.

Went to this doctor today for my first check up at 10 weeks. After waiting 4 weeks for the appt I walked in and the front desk clerk says "Where you told that your copay today is $274.00?" I said no, why so high. She said " at this practice you are expected to pay your annual deductible at a percentage each visit. So your $1500 deductible will be spread over your visits and paid in full by delivery." I told her that I def would not have $300 a visit and left." They are criminal.

Dr Reyes really cares about me and my concerns. He always takes time to explain procedures and answer all my questions. The office staff and nurses are all helpful and friendly making scheduling go smoothly. I'm usually checking out before my appointment time, that's how well Dr Reyes and staff work together to ensure patients are cared for. I definitely recommend Dr Reyes!

Dr. Reyes literally "sold" me on the pellet hormone replacement. After the use of the pellet I was diagnosed with hormone receptive breast cancer. He called me to convince to purchase the pellet, but ironically his nurse called to inform me of the cancer. I have to wonder how much commission he earns for selling his clients the pellets? His priorities are crystal clear. He never even followed up with me as a patient to see if I received treatment etc. Of course, I now have a new OBGYN!
