Dr. Carlos Prays, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Carlos Prays for several years now, and I can confidently say that he is an exceptional family doctor. From the moment I stepped into his office, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere, making me feel instantly comfortable. Dr. Prays is not only highly knowledgeable and experienced in his field, but he also possesses excellent communication skills. He takes the time to listen attentively to my concerns and thoroughly explains any medical conditions or treatment options in a way that is easy to understand. I appreciate how he involves me in the decision-making process, ensuring that I am well-informed and comfortable with the recommended course of action. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Carlos Prays as a family doctor. His expertise, compassion, and dedication to his patients make him an outstanding healthcare provider. I am grateful to have him as my primary care physician and trust him wholeheartedly with my family's health.

Literally the worst experience I’ve had. As a new patient i was excited to start a relationship with this doctor. I texted to confirm my appointment - then 1 hour before i called the office to confirm again. At all times my appt was confirmed. I traveled 25 min and I showed up 15 min before to handle my paperwork as a new patient was submitted which it was. I then sat and waited til 3:30. I was the only person in the waiting room for a majority of the time. I finally went up and asked if Dr Carlos was ready to see me - the receptionist said she would check. 5 min later she came out and said it would be another hour! How rude- how unprofessional, and the receptionist had 0 remorse as if she has had experience doing this to other patients before. Would not recommend anyone go to this doctor. They don’t care about your time.
