Attending resident physician
Never met him, I go to the VA— encountered his resident physician a Cristina Diaz Marty 2x via phone call. He signs off on his residents encounter notes and I’m baffled that he allows his residents to leave such poor notes. My medical chart reads “ explained in detail results” in actuality she explained nothing. She mentioned something about localized mutation— that’s the only thing I remember about our 2 min conversation bc she danced around whether she thought I had cancer or not. He did not follow up with anything just signed off on the note. Terrible practice. After her first poorly written annotation on my medical record I thought this guy would look over her notes with a fine tooth comb.

A+! I was impressed with the office staff from the beginning, very organized and kind. They ordered bloodwork before I came in to save a trip and they sent me the new patient paperwork to complete at my convenience. The nurse was nice. The doctor was so kind, informative, and prompt. I was very pleased.
