If you like being gas lighted, this is the place for you. 75% of the time, the support staff will not answer the phone at the New Braunfels (Tx) office, so you leave a message & have to wait at least 24 -72 hours for a response which typically does not come. When you finally get them, they say they called but my caller id and voice mails show no such calls and they just shrug and say they called but get no answer. You can use their portal, however the staff generally will call in about a week even when you have asked for a response in writing. Recommended another colonoscopy in 3 years although the results were normal. My neighbor when through the same experience and was told 3 years also which is not the standard for normal results - it is still 5-10 years. Better have good insurance, because they like procedures & the related revenue more than they care about patients. One of the most negative & unpleasant experiences I have ever gone through in during the past 5 months.

Dr. Neghme is a great gastroenterologist. I feel comfortable with him. I feel like I can tell him anything and he listens. He’s very honest. He explains everything well. He keeps up with all my test and all my follow up visits. His staff is the best also. They send me a letter if I’m due for any test or follow up visit which is great because I would never keep up with all the appointments. I will continue to see him as long as I have to. Dr. Neghme is always professional, thorough and an all around excellent doctor.

Dr Neghme is very good in what he does and have confidence in him for all teastments.

I have eosinophilic esophagitis. Dr. Neghme is easy to talk to, listens well, asks appropriate questions, and is very thorough. His office is very responsive when my pharmacy needs information for my prescriptions. I take dexilant, which is a tier 4 prescription drug. Insurance companies always want me to go to something cheaper, but those drugs don't work for my specific condition. I highly recommend Dr. Neghme. He is a great advocate for his patients.
