Absolutely horrible!
I do not recommend visiting this clinic if you value your time. Expect to wait between 1.5 to 2 hours before seeing the doctor. Additionally, the office staff are very rude and attempt to charge for every single thing. I also had to do a Telehealth meeting because they were missing a result for my annual test, which should have already been a part of what I had paid for initially and they tried to charge me again.

I read amazing reviews before now
He was my doctor and the reviews are true the appt is at 3 . You wait atleast 345 till you go inside. Then you wait another 20-30 inside room. He comes in for 2-4 minutes. He orders bloodwork and leaves. The follow up appt last 5-6 min he basically reads off the lab report. And that’s my physical. He offers some gene therapy for healthier life. He didn’t feel he’s there mentally just goes thru motions. And to top off I made appt to see him again and he’s not that office anymore. Even though I made an appt. Little shocked

He is the worst doctor. He insulted me. He told me that he is not a baby sitter of my other doctors because he gave me the wrong prescription and my other doctors changed my prescription, for that reason he was upset and he told me not to come back. I told him, "ok I agree with you I want to change the doctor" and he told me that he he is the director of this office and he does not let me go with another doctor of memorial. I would not like anybody to take this bad experience, especially someone like me, a 65 years old lady. I almost died and he did not have compassion. He continued talking to me in a bad manner and I got the high blood pressure, but he told me that if I do not calm dawn he will cancel the appointment. I was very scared because I needed my order for a blood test, because my other doctor order me an MRD for my head. He did not want to give me anything, but I insisted and he finally accept and he told me not to come back any more.

Absolutely terrible. Th office staff is very nice. Whenever I come in for my appointment, I always wait 30-40 minutes before being seen! I wait 30 minutes in the waiting room then 20 in the eam room! When he does come in, he sees me for five minutes before giving me a prescription and leave. I have had to reschedule my early November appointment THREE times because he "wasn't in". You have to come in for the littlest things that a 5 minute phone conversation would solve! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Dr.Haro has been my doctor for over two years and I don't know why I didn't find a new doctor along time ago, I have waited up to three hours for him and once he's in the room I'm totally pissed because I have been dealing with severe pain for over seven years do to nerve pain after two spinal surgeries and he said I'm unstable. If you waited three hours to see a doctor you'd be upset too. I was not there for pain medicine I was there for a alternative way to not suffer every day.

This was my first time coming to Dr Haro office. My appointment was for 2:30. I was told that Dr. Haro was running late and would be in the office by 3:00. Waited in the room for over an hour and the Dr. Haro never showed up. My appointed ended with me asking for my co-pay to be refunded, and me leaving the facility at 4:50. Dr. Haro never came to the office. I left with out being seen and a lot of unanswered health concerns. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

This doctor is absolutely the worst, most unprofessional doctor that I have ever scene. After making me wait for an hour and a half he comes into the room like it's no big deal he is finally seeing me after and hour and a half. When I complain he doesn't apologize he just says this is the medical field and if I don't like it I could get another doctor. When I got upset the way he talked to me he said you know what i chose not to see you as a doctor. I would not recommend him to anyone.
