This doctor needs his license taken away, he is horrible with patients. I swear next time I'm there and he's there I would complain till somebody else sees me. His manners are the worst.

Stay FAR away from this doctor and this hospital as a whole! I came to the ER because I am pregnant and was having heavy bleeding. Dr. Cesar told me “it made no sense to call the GYN or Ultrasound tech in because all signs showed that I was miscarrying.” He had 0 bedside manner and told me I was miscarrying as if it was just a common cold. When I began to cry he asked me “why are you crying?” It took everything for my partner to not lash out at him. After being discharged I reached out to my personal GYN to tell her that we had lost the baby. She told me Dr. Cesar had no idea what he was doing because NONE of the proper test were done. Needless to say it’s been 2 month and my baby is still here and growing! I also received a bill 3x the amount it should have been and no one from the billing department ever answers the phone. This entire hospital is a scam, so if you value your life, DO NOT GO HERE!!

My wife and I went to the ER in Christ hospital, Dr Cesar didn’t even test for the reasons we were there and refused any pain meds to help alleviate my wife’s pain. Then we got discharged, this is all after her Primary Dr. admitted her, and she was not admitted. The discharge paperwork had her as drug-seeking!!???!!!

If I could put a zero I would. This doctor is a complete jerk. Very unprofessional calling me “Mami” the whole time he spoke. He also spoke to me like I was a 5 yr old. Don’t think I will going to this hospital again.

He's so rude , where time I get to see him and I'm talking about different years I want to the ER and oh my god. I understand that he study for this but where is his human side and every time and sent me home saying we don't have to do nothing is going away by itself or we can do nothing and then the bill for just to tell me is 10,000 to 1500 and is either me or my children always he sent us home saying everything is fine.
