Amazing Doctor
Dr. Ortique has been informative, knowledgeable and helpful since our 1st appointment. As an LGBT couple having our 1st child we felt completely supported by her and the team. During delivery she was attentive, intentional and honest, which allowed us to be at peace with any in the moment decision that needed to be made. I love her calm yet direct demeanor and appreciate her so much! Truly heaven sent and an amazing doctor!

13 years ago Dr. Ortique convinced me to have the essure placed in me for tubaligation, luckily she was unsuccessful in putting in both sides as I've been in excruciating pain ever since on the side it is on! Seems my only option to get this thing out is a hysterectomy, which I don't want nor can afford. I wish she had of listened to me and not insist I get this New at the time procedure! Needless to say she left Austin and moved to Houston a few months later. Thanks Doc for giving me a life of Pain!

Would def recommend her, she’s very sweet. Although she does have some super busy days and the wait can sometimes be long. But other then that I would recommend her. She’s been my dr the last 4 years and delivered 2 of 3. -MoyFam4

I would definitely recommend Dr. Ortique and will visit her for future pregnancies. I'm a FTM and never really liked the bedside manner of previous Doctors. But Dr. Ortique is very honest, friendly, to the point without being dry or rude. She doesn't rush me or make me feel silly. And all of the nurses and techs are the same. I really, really like Dr. Ortique and TX Children's Hospital.

Delivered first daughter in 2014 and seeing her for prenatal care in preparation for delivery of son in 2016; She's more on the business side of the spectrum, but I appreciate that about her. She gives straight forward answers to questions and I never feel rushed. She seems to have a steady staff around her that seem happy, which helps a lot with all the day-to-day matters. I feel like I'm in capable and experienced hands with her, which puts me at ease.
