Dr. Carla Neal-Haley, MD

The entire practice seems to be students with little to no experience. For Rx, no refills bc she requires a visit every three months so she gets paid. Physical took 3.5 hours…10 min with student and 10 min with dr. The rest was waiting…and waiting…and waiting. Zero communication. Her card states Medical Director… not physician. This doctors practice is NOT well managed.

I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS DOCTOR! I made an appointment for a physical at 3:00 pm. I arrived at 2:45 pm. The staff brought me to a room and the Nurse Practitioner (STUDENT) gave me my physical, which took 1 1/2 hours. The Nurse Practitioner (STUDENT) advised me the Doctor will be in shortly. I waited until almost 6:00 pm and the Doctor NEVER came in the room to go over test results, any findings from the Nurse Practitioner (STUDENT) ! NOTHING! My husband and I WALKED OUT AND LEFT!!! Four days later, no one from this doctor's office called to apologize or go over my lab results! TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

Dr. Neal-Haley has been my doctor for over 25 years and still drive over 1hr to see her! She is also my son's Pediatrician and he's now 22 yrs old. She is kind, competent, and know we're always in good hands under her care.

Awful office! The doctor is always on her phone talking loud in the office. Nurse Christine misdiagnosed my daughter for 2 years! She was totally dismissive of my concerns. I finally ended up taking my daughter to another doctor she found the problem immediately! My daughter ended up having to have surgery. The doctor said that this could have been avoided and treated with medication if it had been properly diagnosed in the first place. Do not take you children to this place!

Every time I go I never get her I always get the nurse I’ve seen her probably 3 times and I’ve been going for almost 4 years now I haven’t seen her at all this year

LOVE Dr. Neal-Haley (& Christine) - but admin staff is HORRIBLE/rude. Nurse tells you she'll call w test results, but the receptionist says you have to make appt to get test results. Office hrs on website (2013 copyright date in 2017) are different from msg on the phone. My daughter was given bloodwork and chest x-rays - the test results took so long to come back that she had recovered by then & diagnosis was meaningless. Repeated promises of callbacks re: ins didn't happen for MONTHS.

I have Always had good service by Dr Haley's office. I have seen the Christine Wasilewski, as well as Dr. Haley, and have been received well each time and promptly. They have both gone over and beyond the call of duty and i would recommend them to anyone.

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Neal-Haley to have a refill on my high blood pressure prescription. After a horrible experience of not being acknowledged by anyone on the staff for at least 30 mins I was finally called back and by this time my blood pressure was 168/89. I never saw Dr. Neal-Haley although the PAC in training was very nice. As of the writing of this review, no one from Dr. Neal-Haley's office has contacted me. I will not be going back to her or recommending her office.

She barely had any time to sit me to go over my results. I've gone several times and each time she was an hour or more late on her appointments.
