Dr. Carla Martin, DPM

Dr. Martin saw me as a walk-in. My foot broke in three places. She set me at ease, treated my foot, and discussed my options. She has a great attitude and disposition. I strongly recommend Dr. Martin for any podiatry services.

My visit with Dr. Carla Martin was an exceptional experience. What she excelled in was her professional but personal approach towards me. I was a person, not just another patient. I would recommend anyone that needs a Doctor if Podiatry to see Dr. Martin.

Its been several years since ive seen Dr Martin however, I made an appointment for a pedicure with her front office staff that went terribly wrong. I waited weeks for an appointment and was turned away when I arrived because there wasnt enough time. When i made the appointment I requested a mani/pedi, I was only given 30 min!!! I left the building without making another appt, the next avaialbe was 2 weeks away. The more I thought about it, I called the office to complain to the front desk, the phone went dead.....hmmm. Instead of apologiging and trying to help I got dead air. I will Never ever step foot in that office again, Dr Martin is good but she is not the only podiatrist in the area.

Excellent experience. Dr Martin did amazing corrective procedure on my hammertoe surgery. I did both feet at once with a total of 6 toes and tailor bunion. I am totally satisfied with my procedure, Dr. Martin bedside manner and post surgical visits. The staff is always friendly and very helpful.

I have yet too talk too someone regarding service were they file a claim and was paid twice. I tried to resolve this issue dec 2016 which the clerk did her best to help but as of toda ten 2016 my son deductible was not met in 2015 after paying them cash 150 to be seen for a foot fungus. The staff doesn't know is anything and keep sending me to other staff which is confused. I yet to hear from Dr Martin who I assume own the business and doesn't have a clue about her billing department.
