After months of neck and back pain I went Dr. Kendrick. He would not listen to any of my symptoms or concerns & made me feel stupid when I asked questions. Without any reasoning he told me I had a degenerative disk and had me use a traction machine. When I went to the PT office upstairs one of the therapists said he diagnoses everyone with a degenerative disk. After several more years of pain and several thousand dollars I discovered I had thoracic outlet syndrome and had to have surgery.
