Urgent care visit recently.
I was seen by Carissa and was about to sharey most recent illnesses. She was very present and gave me action steps. Her follow up was with in 24 hours. I appreciate the care. Now we have next steps and plan. I feel she has great listening skills and really is invested in my health.

Carissa has been my PCP for a long time. I like her very much. I have a lot of medical issues and she’s always treated me well and help me whenever I needed. I would definitely recommend her.As far as my visit yesterday, it was good. We had a lot of issues to discuss as I’m looking forward to a couple of surgeries and we got a lot of what I needed sorted out.

She was quick to think my issue was diabetes related because someone in my family is at risk for diabetes rather than search for other causes of my migraines, such as family history. She also didn’t think further testing was necessary and prescribed me medication that I most likely don’t need. Additionally, she lied about the side effects of my medication, as when I spoke to the pharmacist, I was told I could drive with the new prescription when Dr. Dahl said I would not be able to.
