I would not refer. He misdiagnosed me. Told me nothing wrong other than I needed to lose weight. Kept telling him heart rate 35,.said machine wrong..well. after another dr. I got a pacemaker and all is good. I can walk the soccer field...thanks for nothing. Bad customer experience.

My ablation wasn't a complete success and I like Dr. Fredman (and nurse Gene!!) enough to give it another try. Communication with Dr. Fredman and his staff has been clear and not rushed; there is a lot of information to digest and I fell everyone has taken as much time as I needed to understand the procedures and my options. Material was presented, my questions answered, and follow-up questions addressed. Trusting Dr. Fredman and his team for a follow-up procedure says it all.

Dr Fredman demonstrated great bedside manner, tremendous knowledge and patience explaining what he was planning on doing and why based upon the symptoms and reactions to how I was responding to medications. He was seemingly very conservative in his approach until I no longer had any non surgical options for a positive outcome. He finally did put a pacemaker and a cardiac ablation and thankfully I'm doing great!

Dr. Fredman is wonderful. However, his nurse Gene is the most rude and pompous man I have ever met. He acts as though he knows everything and you are an idiot. He is arrogant, entitled and aggressive. I will choose not to use this practice anymore because of this nurse alone.
