Dr Riley is a poor excuse for a family practice. She misstated several things in the visit summary at my first appointment, which was appropriately long. My husband was with me at the appointment and verified that I never said several things she reported. She also decided, based on a 45-minute appointment that I needed to go to a pain clinic. She would not treat my chronic or acute pain. She stated that I refused Physical therapy when I was waiting for an appointment. She changed one of my medicines and, when that did not work, she changed it again without checking my blood work. The change put me on a medicine, which I declined, that has severe interactions with my other medication. Then on the 3rd visit, she 'fired' me because, in her estimation, I didn't 'trust ' her.

This was the most ridiculous experience of my entire life! Dr. Riley is rude and inconsiderate, and she is sneaky with billing, going as far as forcing a new patient to turn a well check into two visits, so she can bill insurance twice. She and her staff were abrasive and unprofessional. I walked out within moments of meeting her, because she chose to speak to me like I am a child and yell across the office about our conversation. I am in shock! What a huge waste of my time!
