I have been with Dr.Candida Catucci now for three years. Dr.Catucci is always professional and compassionate. She relates well to people and takes time to listen and takes appropriate action on the symptoms. She is good at building trust with his patients.Office staff is great too – very friendly and professional!

The worst service. It took me already 2 months to get an appointment and 2 weeks before they call me and cancelled it without giving me the opportunity to reschedule. I lost already 2 months for nothing.

This facility has a clean atmosphere as soon as you walk in. The first encounter front desk is a lovely girl willing to help in any shape or form. when you are called to get the vital sign the girl from the lab has a very smooth hand , DR Catucci is a very professional and knowledgeable doctor that understand and care about your health, in getting the best treatment for your medical condition. when I finished seeing the doctor, the girl that does the check-out explained all orders,

Staff is very impolite; they constantly hang up the phone and deny scheduling a meeting with the doctor at their convenience. For example, even though they open on Saturdays at 9 AM, I called on a Saturday at 9:01 and the receptionist told me that they were not taking any more patients that day. In the past, I went to request sleeping pills and the PA prescribed me an anti-depressive which made me very sick. Overall, very disappointing experience. I don't plan to go back to this doctor.
