Dr. Candice Burnette, MD

Dr Burnette shows true concern about my pain, and her office works with my insurance company to get my treatments and surgery covered. Moreover, she is excellent at explaining the sources of my pain and how she plans to treat it.

I like dr Burnett but it is terrible trying to talk to her office! Message is way too long. They are not good to answer your calls. Disappointed!

Dr. Candice Burnett is an excellent, compassionate, professional who has a caring spirit. She is knowledgeable in her field and this makes me feel relaxed and in good hands, she communicates and have superb r bedside manners. She has never displayed a rush demeanor when I had an office visit or procedure and encourages your participation in the development of your plan of care through input,suggestions along with her professional findings. Dr. Burnett, is a highly qualified physician and I recommend her to anyone that has lumbar related pain. In my opinion she deserves 10 stars but I know the rating only goes to 5.

Dr Burnett is present and open with patients. Her office is a disaster. Call backs happen between 4:55 and 5:00. If you miss them forget it. They don’t return calls to pharmacy. We are finding another doctor because her office is impossible to deal with.

I took my mom for an appointment for a nerve test because my mom broke her left wrist. We left with a bit of anguish and disappointment. Dr. Burnette did some tests and interrogated us on why is my mom's right hand is weaker than the left. She kept asking us: "Why is your mom's right hand weaker than her left? Why? Why? Why?" Well, I don't know, may be she's weak? May be that she had carpal tunnel surgery on the right hand and now her left wrist is also broken? That's why we're here. Bad day.

All staff and doctor were super and efficient in all ways!!

Disastrous. Office staff did not even know where to send me for my procedure scheduled for today. Doctor and staff gave me incorrect information regarding pre-op labs.
