Dr. Mainor is a truly outstanding doctor! She clearly cares deeply about her patients; listens to them and answers all questions fully and patiently! I wish she could be cloned, as so many other doctors lack that level of caring and empathy when dealing with patients!

Great doctor
Dr Mainor was my oncologist for over a year until I moved out of the area. She is absolutely phenomenal. Answered all of my questions, incredibly responsive (even on the weekend), and went out of her way to provide me with the best treatment possible. Stage 4 breast cancer is horrible, but Dr Mainor made my experience as stress free as possible given the circumstances and provided me with top notch care.

Dr Mainor is the absolute best.
Currently, Dr. Mainor is treating both my twin and I for aggressive breast cancers. She was highly recommended and we are thankful for the care and attention we have received from her, the staff, and our entire Georgetown medical team. Her medical knowledge and expertise are impeccable. It should also be noted that her bedside manner is very welcoming and friendly. We are very satisfied with our care.

Unresponsive
It is unbelievably difficult to get a hold of this doctor and to get a straight forward response. Everything is so impersonal and they want to communicate through email. It takes hours sometimes days to get a half way or not informative response that is not helpful. She needs to change her ways or team and definitely her communication method. It seems the only way to talk to her is if you pay your co-pay.
