Dr Long Excellent, Oregon Clinic phone sy HORRIBLE
My experience with Dr. Long has been exceptional. He is kind, unhurried and very thorough. My experience with the Oregon Clinic is quite the opposite. Any health care organization that can't answer the phone within the first five minutes is horrible and the Oregon Clinic has had me on hold for over an hour one time and another 40+ minutes. This in itself may cause me to keep looking for another doctor as my doctor of over 30 years has retired. His office answered the phone promptly.
