Dismissive Gaslighter
I had a cyst with a secondary infection on my leg. He wouldn’t even touch me to look at it (but wore gloves) and told me i should have come in days ago but now he could do nothing. Will say things and then say he didn’t say them and completely dismiss your concerns. He sent me home. Two days later it ruptured in my pants and we had to prevent it backflowing (very dangerous) and drain it at home. Other people i know have been sent to him too and he never takes accountability for cruelty and always blames the patient.

The lady at reception was especially friendly and upbeat. Dr Gray took the time needed to explain things and make sure I understood options and what was happening next.
