Dr. Calvin Spellmon, MD

Dr. Spellmon exemplified the epitome of excellent healthcare. He demonstrated kindness, friendliness, compassion, patience, care, and courtesy throughout the entire visit. I had a sense of ease and trust when Dr. Spellmon entered the examination room. He greeted me with a professional handshake, seated himself directly across from me, maintained consistent eye contact, and invited me to share my concerns. I tend to provide excessive details, but Dr. Spellmon was very patient and listened attentively to my concerns. He also dedicated ample time to answering my questions and offering information / advice to me regarding my issues. It has been determined that further testing is needed. Following this, I will have a follow-up visit with Dr. Spellmon. I was extremely satisfied with Dr. Spellmon and would highly recommend him.

I had a previous experience with Dr. Spellmon at a different clinic with one of my children years ago and I absolutely loved his character towards my childs needs then, I recently was sent to him for another one of my children and I can gladly say he is truly an outstanding doctor.

Dr. Spellman is an excellent doctor! He is patient with his clients and very thorough when explaining diagnoses. He also easily explains difficult medical topics so that nearly all can understand. Lastly, his bedside services are also great...I really appreciated his care and prescribed therapy for my shoulder injury...it has really helped! I highly recommend Dr. Spellman.

This doctor is one of the most personable, professional and thorough doctors I’ve ever met. I saw him post concussion twice and both times he spent a lot of time with me and even called me himself to talk about results of tests vs have a nurse call me. I’ve dealt with a lot of doctors in my 41 years In my professional life as well and if I could clone him I would. I highly recommend him and this practice.

Great bedside manner. He was also very thorough. I waited a while to see him but I was a ladt minute appointment. He made me laugh through a pretty painful exam. I would definitely recommend him.

Was horrible I went in with a old untreated mis treated SC dislocation my right shoulder completely unstable and dropped and setting on setting on my rib cage getting choked in my sleep by it almost every rib in right side has stress fractures from it my neck has 3 vertebrates pulled to right side from where my unstable arm has been pulling at it for years but no all you can offer is injections witch everyone with SC injuries I've talked to strongly advises against doing and he gives me a full unrestricted work release to work in a physically manual labor industry where I'm expected to be able to pick up move 50# around for 10 hrs with a gimp shoulder and arm I can't refuse to do anything with risking termination because this quack signed off on a full unrestricted release but I'm glad you know how it feels to wake up being coked by your on body or to have to work where every time you have to lift something heavy it feels like getting hit in side with a 2×4

Treated my daughter for a sports related injury. Communicated in a manner that both my daughter and I could relate to. His suggested treatments not only treated the current injury, but also provided guidance to prevent future injuries. Highly recommended Dr. Spellmon.

My son is a senior in high school with Fayetteville and had a knee injury during the football game, Dr. Spellmon and staff were there waiting for us and was able to have the MRI done at 11:30 at night. This was by far the best experience we have ever had with ortho!! We will definitely be life long patients. As a nurse myself I know that the job can be exhausting but you all went above and beyond after hours!! Thank you all so very much!!

Dr. Spellmon is a wonderful orthopedic. He is currently taking care of my son's ankle injury. We love his caring and personable spirit. He consulted with another physician to make sure my son is getting the best treatment. I highly recommend him.

I've been in the medical field for about 15 years and I've never met a doctor this down to earth and such a pleasure to talk to. Dr Spellmon went above and beyond for my son. He called two other doctors to find out the best way to help him. I would highly recommend him! Excellent doctor who seems to sincerely care about his patients!
