Horrible! Who knew routine immunizations would be so difficult to obtain in such a medical hub that is Boston. Not only was my appointment rushed and none of my questions answered, but the very purpose of my appointment was overlooked despite my asking for a basic Td booster 1) at the booking of my appt, 2) at the time of my appt, and 3) following up post-appt. Turns out that she just never performed the test as promised, even when I went out of my way to come in a second time and confirmed that the phlebotomist that the test was called in! I didn't find out until weeks later when it was too late for me to participate in a clinical CNA program that Dr Taffe's office just never ordered the test! I had to drop the course that I was taking and lost $1,100 on tuition. So incredibly disappointed in her incompetence and lack of attention to detail. Steer clear at all costs; this is not a doctor to be trusted for the most very basic health care! I can't imagine actually going to her if sick!

Would not recommend this doctor. In fact, I would steer clear of this place altogether. They have communication problems, and seem pretty disorganized. The times I have been there, there were mistakes made. In addition, the workers were gruff, and seemed generally inconvenienced by sick people seeking care. Bottom line - this translates to poor patient care. My cat is treated a million times better at the vet. I would not go there for a flu shot, let alone a serious illness.

I have never had an experience like this one with another medical professional. I called my primary care physician's office at 11:00 this morning to request a medication. They told me they would send to the pharmacy and never did. I called back couple of times and never got an answer, and then they were closed. Dr. Taffe was on call when I called at 4:30. She responded to my page and proceeded to fax the pharmacy the medication that I requested. Turns out it is not available in United States

I have been a patient of Dr. Taffe for many years. Although relatively healthy, she has advised me well about Health Care and I have recommended many friends to her.
